Our daily rates are based on two people sharing one of our luxury double or twin ensuite rooms and all prices include our renowned Cumbrian farmhouse breakfast to set you up for the day.

Evening Meals - An exceptional evening meal using local produce is available and is served at 7pm on every evening except Sundays, priced at £18.00 for two courses plus tea or coffee and mints.

We are licensed to serve wine and drinks.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposits

Bed and Breakfast. A non returnable deposit of £50 per room is payable at time of reservation. The balance to be paid on departure. Cheques made payable to J SISSON.

Self Catering. A non returnable deposit of £100 per week booked and £50 per three night break is payable at the time of reservation. The balance to be paid on arrival. Cheques made payable to SISSON.

Arrival time between 4 and 6 pm on day of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made with the proprietor. Accommodation to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

No dogs or pets are permitted.

Ample 'safe' parking. However, cars are parked at owner's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. Own transport is essential.
